Introduction to Handball (Session 1)
PESS Club organised a 2-days handball workshop for NIE students and further expanded our reach to NTU students. Mr Aaron, former national handball player, passionately introduced the rules and game to our participants, with hopes of spreading his love for the sport to others.

Collaborating with National Institute of Education (NIE), we created fitness videos to encourage an active lifestyle even while NIE staff and students stayed home during the Circuit Breaker period, proving that exercise can be done anywhere and everywhere!
